ADAPTIVE SERVER ENTERPRISE
Location: Shanghai Description:
- Join a talented group responsible for the development of Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE), the flagship database product at Sybase.
Responsibilities:
- Specifies, designs, implements, tests, and maintains platform-independent, complex software systems, such as multiprocessing relational database product components.
- Works in a global team on assigned tasks and projects of diverse scope and complexity.
- Designs, implements and maintains RDBMS product components.
Qualification:
- BS/BSCS & 2-4 years or MS/MSCS & 1-2 years of System Software development.
Knowledge/Skills:
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of knowledge and at least 2-3 years of software development experience , or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required.
- Experience in Unix, Windows, RDBMS, and object-oriented design (i.e., C/C++/Java) is required. Experience in database or Internet application development, with specific experience in back-end server or GUI-based applications, is required.
- Fluent English and Mandarin required.
